Add setting to disable Gogo anime scraping

For whatever reason, Gogo scraping always times out when I use it. I've added a setting to disable it, as it saves me a lot of time, personally.

To preserve functionality, Gogo is enabled by default still. You have to disable it to stop it.

Hey i just want to say to thank you so much for making a pull request for this and this helped me alot with gogo. If there was some way i can figure out how add the option to change custome view and view ids like seren #76 or to figure out how to move the skins folder to the addon data folder #90 , That will be really great.
