Titles display in Romanji instead of English

I have tried rebuilding the database and clearing cache, I definitely have titles set to english but it definitely is not showing the english names.

@SwagOtaku on 0.0.8 this issue still exists as it shows romanji instead of english....could this be an issue with anilist how its grabbing the information?
