FAT drive on GPT
Please add this to the core. https://www.bttr-software.de/forum/board_entry.php?id=20615&page=6&category=0&order=last_answer&descasc=DESC
There's even a link to the C code on the page.
I think it would be easy to do and would be useful to users.

Certainly useful to others, but not easy. For example, GPT partitions may exceed 32 bit LBA sector numbers. Lifting that limit would a) require SIGNIFICANT changes to the EDR kernel and b) would certainly introduce incompatibilities. But restricting the accessible FAT partitions to the first 2TiB (512 byte sector size) would certainly make this easier to implement (but NOT easy!) and mor compatible.
I do not see why such a feature should be restricted to FAT32. You get FAT16 support basically for free.
