Implement CPU tester core

This is a nice platform to implement testing of a 6502 CPU regardless of the variant.

• For this the CPU detection should be expanded to detect also 65SC02 and 65CE02.
• If there are other pin compatible variants in a DIP package available as well.
• What would most probably not work: running at high frequencies way more than 1MHz
