Allow users to specify parameters for analysis tasks as part of an "analysis project"

When displaying data on the map, users may want to create bespoke analyses. For example, a city designer may want to ensure that most/all houses are within 5 kilometers of a fire station and one kilometer of a food source. Allow users to create bespoke analyses interactively in the client, and save the chosen parameters to an analysis project or similar domain model.

Note, the "sustainability parameters" are basically what we are now calling "sustainability goals". We are moving the "sustainability goals" into a separate app, which may then have model relationships between Project and other entities. #154
