Request: Compile from source instructions

Thank you so much for making this very handy little app. I would love to see a brief guide on how to compile from source from within Visual Studio

Original program was written and compiled inside Qt v5.8.0 IDE (the WebCameraConfig.pro is a project file for a Qt IDE). When I was installing Visual Studio 2013 UPD5 Community Edition the default compilers were installed too. Qt IDE uses these compilers to make the final code.
