TypeError: Cannot read property 'path' of undefined

Hi, Thanks for implementing this great idea.

I'm trying to use this package in my project and I'm testing with simple a set breadcrumb in component and it's returns error: screen shot 2019-02-18 at 13 35 35 screen shot 2019-02-18 at 13 35 39

Just note that I register this Home component under a simple RouterView.

Does it need to set breadcrumbs for all registered routes? I think the problems caused by the main RouterView above Home.
