Doctrine module has EOL please check repo github.com/eslint/doctrine now so we need to find alternative for that

this is as part of "Open Source Security & License Compliance" scan, we find issues where doctrine is flagged as EOL. Further even customers of our product do such scans and find EOL components used in the product. It is raised as security concern from most of them.

Hence the need to get rid of EOL modules, because in case there is a security vulnerability, we wont get fix for it as it is no longer maintained.
