WIP: Alpine 3.11 w/ GCC 9 patch (not working yet)

I'm submitting this PR in a hope that someone else will be able to offer some help. Here's the current state:

  • ported and added a GCC9 patch for the wkhtmlpdf's QT fork (https://github.com/mareksuscak/qt/pull/1)
  • updated the script to build Alpine
  • build is still failing with the following error message
