Is it possible to view link URLs on hover?

When previewing markdown, it would be useful to see where a link will go to when hovering over it. Is this possible at present?

Bigger type field

I think it would be useful to allow 2 bytes for the extended type field. Its very much possible to blow through 127 registered classes for say a integer id...

The return type is defined as `List[str]`, but its actually `List[List[str]]`.
