How to add an item with initial "Luck"?
It seems not ok when adding key:value pairs in item text files. So which stat name should it be?

InitialLuck not exists in database, we need develop to include it.
We are reviewing, and we do not know if it makes much sense to indicate an initial luck to the items. Currently you can use blessoils to increase luck,
In mir-genre games, I think 'Luck' is very interesting, and if 'Luck' could be an initial stat of some items, there could be many interesting new items created ^_^

Thanks for your cooperation and suggestion. Yes, it could be interesting and it's a nice feature, but at the moment, we need to follow steps from the official server and try to keep the files original as much as possible. There's more important things to implement/repair than add initial luck :P
