This seems awfully messy. I'm not really happy with adding crystal lib format (a format from a completely different open source project) to Zircon. There are also references to Apoc lib files.
There should be a converter which converts everything to .ZL format, and if .ZL does not currently have the functionality needed then it should be up-versioned and made backward compatible.
Appreciate this is adding a lot of new map support which people want, but I'm not willing to merge in its current state. Remember this is a public source which should be maintained to a high quality, not just someones private server source.
Another note on this; Without whatever code you used to convert the WoooL maps to the custom c# format this release isnt "open source" and we'd be forever relying on you to convert and release new WoooL maps for us
