Plz do update on gm commands and fix

Hi following gm commands dont seem to work.

@chatban [playerbname] [min]
@globalchattban [playername] [min]

Also would it be possible to add a @kick [playername] [min] and a @ban [playername] @ban obviously being a permanent Ban
