Catacombs Jar Code Flawed/Open to exploitation

Currently coded to allow ALL monsters including bosses to spawn if under X level from the jars. The jars are level 60, meaning loads bosses can spawn and monsters that also shouldn't.

This should be limited to a certain range to prevent issues.
