Monster Indexes

Existing monster databases on crystal all have gaps, which will corrupt all import/exports unless you start from scratch.

Creating a new monster does not reutilise the old index, so when you export and re-import you end up with duplicate entries.

This will corrupt your entire database and all spawns.
