package added to aur

I've added a package for easy installation of this tool + dependencies to the aur.

Feel free to add it somewhere in the readme how to install under archlinux via yay from the aur, if you feel that's appropriate.

Note that check() of python-ipfshttpclient is currently broken, so this dependency only builds when you skip check().
