CarPlay interface starts blank, then goes back to Loading

When I launch Cuterdio from CarPlay (either wired and wireless), my station list comes up blank and the app is unresponsive. Then, the stations load for a split second before "Loading..." appears on the screen and I have to wait again. After that, everything is fine.

During this, I can pick up my phone and start playing a stream that way. It seems like there's some delay in starting the CarPlay view of Cuterdio.
