Disable Cover loading

Current state: Covers are loaded based on ID3 information. While useful for popular music when listening to rather niche radio stations the user is presented with covers that belong to other songs with similar names or whose names contain a word of the current song´s name.

Expected behaviour: I propose a toggle for switching off the functionality and displaying a station´s cover instead. If possible display the cover provided by the stream.
