Correctly calculate amount to donate when creators have missing addresses (or amounts below threshold)

Currently, the donation summary shows how much should be donated to every creator, even if it can't donate because the address is unknown.

This should change, creators with missing addresses should have their amount faded and the remaining moved to creators with known addresses.
