Misleading additional alert when creating a project from template without storage space left

Description

When creating a project from template without having storage space left, the program also alerts with an additional misleading message.

Steps to reproduce

1. Get to a point where the local storage is full *
2. Access the top menu bar and click Create New

Expected result

Expected a single error message about storage space.

Actual result

After an alert about storage space, the following message alert appears:

A DApp with that name already exists, please choose a different name.
