Show Preview fails to update when redeploying contract

Description

Show Preview doesn't reload properly after redeploying contract. Probably due to #131, or the other way around, since it happens in any network setting.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new project from Hello World template
2. Click Show Preview button, next to the app directory in the Files hierarchy
3. Click Deploy
4. Go to already open Show Preview window
5. Change contract contents
6. Click Deploy
7. Go to already open Show Preview window

Expected result

Expected the newly deployed contract changes to appear in Show Preview.

Actual result

Purple colored background with no text output or errors in console.
