The Getting Started Tutorial is great, and the UI is very powerful, but it makes for a very very steep learning curve. I fear we may lose many types of users along the way. This holds me back from referring people to the project who might contribute in non-technical ways (i.e.marketing) but may not be ready to use the power features. These people need a super basic, quick, essentials-only start. They need to see a dashboard within 2 minutes of installing, or abandonment.

The person (or demographic) I'm thinking of is familiar with concepts like governance, staking, hodling, contributing, but not with tech, algorithms, etc. So they shouldn't be expected to learn these things up front.

Describe the solution you'd like

An additional, optional, tutorial could be created to onboard a user with the basics: wallet then profile. I think instead of editing node configurations, it would be worth creating a single, one-time html form to gather this onboarding info in the most familiar way. Upon form submission, the keys, username, etc, would all be loaded into the proper data nodes, and the user would begin participating.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Until the process gets easier, I think the only other option is for me to mentor my friend through the onboard.

Additional context

My friend is an influencer. Even if I mentor him, the people he would influence also would need quick and dirty onboarding. I really feel that onboarding is critical to success, since even developers and other potential contributors have limits on patience and attention span. Saying that everyone will use the social app is not a sufficient reason to not improve the desktop / web app.

I think this onboarding issue is particularly urgent for the critical areas of liquidity pools, and other worthy governance incentive programs.
