Tux doesn't look like he's carrying objects

SuperTux version: 0.6.0 Alpha 3 System information: Windows 10

tuxgrab In Milestone 1 Tux had his arm out whenever he was holding a portable object to make it look like he was carrying it. The effect was achieved with an image of the arm out placed on top of Tux. In Milestone 2 when Tux carries objects nothing happens and it just looks like the objects are magically glued to Tux. Possibly we should add back (and improve upon) the effect in Milestone 1.

I will adress this for my Tux resprite project which will have an alt. of each required animation!
