[Feature Request]: A command to turn off Tux's idle animations

Feature Details

It looks really silly when Tux does these idle animations in the middle of a serious cutscene. A command for disabling them temporarily would be really handy.

Feature Purpose

To provide a fix to all the cutscenes where Tux acts weirdly.
