Dive Mines movement breaks when used with wind

Expected Behavior Dive mine is moved by the wind and stops moving once it leaves the wind Current Behavior Dive Mine starts moving erratically up and down, if pushed upwards after leaving the wind. If pushed horizontally it moves infinitely in the direction it was blown in.
