If "jump with 'up' key" option is enabled, "up" key also works as selection does in menus. Only happens with a gamepad.

Expected behaviour

The "up" key should merely move from one menu item to the one above it.

Actual behaviour

The "up" key works as a selection of that item, the same as if you used the keyboard and pressed Enter. Additionally, if the selection does not make a change of menus (e.g. during keybinds setup), the key event also gets stuck and the menu item selection keeps going up until the movement is stopped. This only happens with a controller; the keyboard works normally.

Steps to reproduce actual behaviour

1) Set up joystick keybinds and enable jumping with the "up" key. 2) Press up to move from one menu item to the one above it.
