If the Queue system is enabled there is expected lag for the first few minutes of a servers starting sequence. After maybe 5 minutes things should settle down
If ya still experience this on the latest 3.6.0 patch, please let me know, else this ticket will be closed soon :)
mhh, this is an interesting idea, would make the rtp command not completely useless until a players cooldown expires. Ima mess with this idea a bit.

Issue #106 should solve the issue, not a problem with RTP but with packets in the latest 1.19 builds using ViaVersion or any other packet translation layer
This is a crazy request, especially with the way biome rng works, its not optimized at all and HIGHLY depends on how the world variables are setup. I will need...
