Ideally it would be nice to have an appdata xml file provided with the ide too. like the one i have used here: https://github.com/joshuag1000/flathub/blob/cc.arduino.arduinoide2/cc.arduino.arduinoide2.appdata.xml

From what i have found (compiling on Fedora 32) the issue lies in the `build_libsrt` subroutine. Assuming you do not need that library then you can comment out the `build_libsrt...

Just thought I'd update on this bug. I've discovered that it isnt just the theme setting that wont save in the settings dialog. None of the settings will save.
