This version contains the required changes so that the package can simply be committed as a Pypi package. as well as adding some default colors and a way to specify alignment

Before considering publishing, the owner should first consider re-licensing the package using MIT license (or any other OSI-approved license for that matter). Unfortunately, current license is very restrictive and only allows to use the code for learning purposes, and nothing more without consent of the author:
