Look into "VBE 3.0 not available" messages when font/bitmap-loading fails

Allegro seems to not set the error message correctly when loading fails and that leads to missleading stacktraces

Removed usage of allegro_error for failed loading/saving of files as it does not apply to these allegro-functions. Will be fixed with v1.9
