Not working with 8chan/8kun due to Vanwatech DDOS mitigation
8kun.top (relaunch of 8chan) uses DDOS mitigation from Vanwatech that is preventing CTW from working, so that it just saves the Vanwatech verification page before it redirects without getting the actual thread or any images. Would you be able to make it compatible? I'm don't know much about the subject but I'm guessing you would have to either get it to pass the verification itself or copy the necessary cookie from a browser that has recently passed it, like how some programs like PixivUtil2 will copy login cookies.
After a series of bad decisions from the admins most of the main 8kun boards migrated elsewhere, so I would no longer consider this an important feature. Also I think they changed how it worked with VanwaTech nowadays anyway, it now gets the main page but not the images. If you get back to working on CTW the Lynxchan support mentioned by my other feature request would be more relevant.
