Destruction of images on old 8chan threads

Noticed an 8chan thread updating that was counting down on the number of images. Turns out the page was old and likely getting prepared for deletion so all the images were 404'd. Chanthread watch deleted all the previously downloaded images. I turned off the check for image hashes, but I'm not sure if this is a fix.

Easiest solution would likely to never remove any files (if that is what CTW is doing) and if a file it tries to download has a different file size or hash, to append the old files with .bak1, .bak2 etc so nothing is lost.
