Separate External Link Logging

An option to log external links to a text file would be much appreciated.

What do you mean by "external links" and where would they be?

Any links in the threads that point offsite, to YouTube, Mega, Vocaroo, Soundcloud, etc. Just any other site that isn't the chan.

Saved as a simple list in /root/thread/external_links.txt like BA-4chan-thread-archiver does.
