Feature request: Project management

Currently, the logic behind the Project management buttons aren't implement yet.

We shoulld be able to:

• [ ] Create a new Project
• [ ] Save a Project to a File (including all current rundowns) (a zip-file?)
• [ ] Open a Project from a file
