Auto Update does not consider version number

Describe the bug I am working with an alpha build of 0.12.x from the develop branch and the updater insists on installing a previously downloaded 0.11.3 update.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable alpha updates in Superconductor
2. Install update by restarting superconductor
3. Uninstall Superconductor
4. Build and install from develop branch (newer than latest alpha release)
5. It still asks to install the previous alpha release...

Expected behavior Disabling upgrade to latest alpha should uninstall that version and remove the downloaded file.
