MacOS GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines fatal error: ‘omp.h’ file not found

Recently, MacOS/clang started producing errors on the elastix CI (both GitHub Actions and Azure Pipelines), saying:

fatal error: 'omp.h' file not found
