Noise Channel C0y creates sustain envelope rather than using instrument

Currently C0y in the noise channel doesn't keep instrument envelope working, like it does for other channels. Instead it enables a sustain envelope (or no envelope)

Just curious, was this module converted using fur2uge? If so, the issue likely comes from an earlier bug on my part. The default note length was incorrectly set to 0x40, which is one value higher than the intended maximum of 0x3F.

This can cause unusual behavior, such as needing to toggle legato or adjust the legato slider for notes to play correctly.

The bug has been fixed in fur2uge as of version v1.0.6b: https://github.com/potatoTeto/fur2uge/releases

Making a song in HUGETracker 1.0.11 from scratch myself, and I can confirm that using C0y doesn't actually keep the instrument envelope the same despite the tracker itself saying it does. It does sustain like Vire said.

So this must be a problem with HUGETracker itself, though I don't know if this is reflected in HUGEDriver too as I haven't finished the song yet as it's for another person's game.
