Instrument data/subpatterns need to be optimized

Right now, all instrument data and pattern data are output verbatim, which isn't optimal. Additionally, when importing older tunes, all noise instruments get their own subpattern regardless of if the noise macro is used or not, which hogs up a lot of space.
