Review the SageWorkExecution Role

Right now the SageWorks Core Stack makes one Role.

We might want to make THREE Roles... one for API, one for Dashboard, and one for Glue Jobs...

Making 3 roles, will mean that each role can be tailored and minimized to just the set of permissions needed for that particular set of activities.
