Fix crash on macOS by removing GoVote and relevant code

This removes the GoVote screen.

Fixes #42 to make the mod work on macOS.

Makes #31 unnecessary, because this removes the whole file.

PS. Not tested this locally, because I'm not sure how to run it. :)
