Add compatibility with more biome mods

No biomes from the following mods can be found with the /locatebiome command:

• Wild Explorer
• Woods and Mires
• Sojurn

Hi This is because we currently hardcode mod compatibility, so only certain mods have their biomes added. A nice fix for this issue would be to have a config or script system to add biomes to the world

I think all development is currently taking place on the rewrite branch, and I'd have to check if sc has anything planned before going and adding a config system for mod compat
