Multitouch

Multitouch is not working. I have to quit my finger from touching the screen to be able to touch again. Device: Windows Laptop, HP Spectre x360.

Context menu

Context menu keeps opening when you touch with two fingers too close. It shouldn't open. Device: Windows Laptop, HP Spectre x360.

prevent double note on touch

This PR prevents the app from playing two notes at the same time when only tapping once on mobile devices. Bug observed and fixed on Safari on iOS. Not tested...

Would be nice to be able to control dynamics. Eg a scaling of the velocity by using the keys 1-9.
