Hi, built a small app using the template here : https://github.com/sunderjs/sunder-worker-template

And I get this error when doing wrangler publish

Error: Something went wrong with the request to Cloudflare...
Uncaught Error: No such module "__STATIC_CONTENT_MANIFEST".
  at line 0
 [API code: 10021]

It works fine with miniflare
