Hi, thank you for your great tools！ It is very useful to explore the interactions between different cell types. And I have a question about showning the plot. Can you add some other plots (such as sankey plot) to show the multiple networks？

Hello, thanks for your great work! I met a problem and felt very confused when creating multilayer network by running the code DrawMLnet(netList,LigClu,RecClu,workdir,PyHome,plotMLnet = T) . The responses in Console showed "Save Results Draw MLnet! Finish!" However, there were only ".txt" files with the correct network information and the format of "A_B" in the output\sample\B_Secretory folder. I mean, I failed to get the graphic output in the corresponding folder despite the right ".txt" files and the python package installed successfully. I am really looking forward to your kind reply! Thank you
