Weather parameter order

In the NREL doc temperature is listed before pressure, whereas in the SolarUtils doc and example pressure is listed first. I think it might be the NREL doc that's wrong, but either way the discrepancy is worth mentioning here.

Ok, so maybe the NREL documentation shouldn't be taken too literally. It also lists the ground reflectivities before the corresponding spectral bands, whereas the code expects the opposite.
