Build warnings for missing source map in @sumologic/opentelemetry-rum

Introducing the package @sumologic/opentelemetry-rum has meant our builds are now full of spammy warnings about source maps missing. And the issue comes from the version needs to be bumped for @opentelemetry/api, since @opentelemetry/api has already fixed this issue https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-js-contrib/issues/1457

Would be very nice to fix this.
