Fluentd Stateful Set pods do not restart if secret changes

The fluentd stateful set pods do not restart when there is only a chance that affects the secret, but does not affect the config map. If the HTTP source URLs change and that is the only change, the pods won't restart. This can result in data being sent to old collector/sources with old metadata until the pod is restarted.
