Request adding OKE (Oracle Kubernetes Engine) and OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) to support matrix

Currently, the support matrix does not include OKE/OCI

We would like to add Release testing to include OKE/OCI so that customers running the Sumo Logic Kubernetes collection solution on OKE/OCI can be confident that it is a supported configuration
