Adding some content for MS SQL Agent

@UlfAndreasson Can you add add some info on how the SQL Agent log looks like (some sample is best), and how to set it up or a link to some guidance to set it up? Put all in a README.md file. I would also create a subfolder (SQL Server?) under Microsoft and put all your files there.
