Confusing video and text combo in PIPM

In the PIPM section, two videos are linked directly under the step by step plan. The plan says something about raising the pitch just slightly, but the video demonstrates a voice which gets raised multiple full notes at a time. I personally feel that three whole notes should not count as "just slightly". So either the video is meant for the topic below, or I just have a bad sense of how significant a note change is.
